Digital agency Thesis has acquired the assets of fellow Portland Marketing firm Bonfire Marketing in a deal that will bring a major client and account-based marketing (ABM) capabilities.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Under the transaction, Thesis will contract with Bonfire's seven employees.
Thesis, which has more than 100 employees, offers brand and campaign strategy, digital design, social strategy, and web development. The Bonfire acquisition adds account-based marketing, which is used in enterprise sales organizations to help sales targeting.
